The 2016 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS) provides an international forum that brings together those who are actively involved in the field of Computer Science and Information System to report on up-to-the-minute innovations and developments, to summarize the state-of-the-art, and to exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of systems engineering, human machine interface, and emerging applications. The proceeding of ICACSIS 2011 – 2014 have been included in IEEE XPLORE database and have been indexed  by SCOPUS.Papers related to this conference theme include theories, methodologies, and emerging applications such as recognition of activities of daily living are encouraged. Contributions covering theoretical developments and practical applications, including but not limited to the following technical areas, are invited:
